Hall Mark of Quality

And now for something completely different - well, certainly different to the last two mixes from I-F! Following last week’s insightful words from Rob Hall, here’s a selection from his ‘mix a month’ series (via Skkatter -   hey, now it’s Test-approved too!)  ‘Sonny’s Visit’ is the September 2007 mix and as Hall said in his interview, the season change influenced the mixes. This is heavy, menacing techno and electro (see tracklisting below), the splintered percussion and heavy, bassy rhythms put together smoothly. Anyway, enough from me - over to Rob.
