Good, best thing about a neo-nazi is a dead one - good riddens to scum like this.

I try not to express my political views on the site, but this guy said some outrageous things during his life, so I felt compelled to post about it. It's insane how much support his views got in Austria too - his party was in government in the 90s..

Why tho, it's time for a lot of people to step up and start saying no because soon enough you won't have the right to.

Martin, it's because I started the blog solely to discuss / write about music. The more I see what's happening in the world, the more I'm tempted to start a political blog...

Sure, I understand that but like you more and more I see this leaking thru - it's hard to ignore it when your rights start to disappear and the far right start to get a foot-hold in your city.

is it a problem in sheffield? it hasn't happened in dublin (yet), but we've enough insane conservatives in our political mainstream to contend with

It's a massive problem here, we have a large collection of very extreme neo-nazi living here - try googling C.U.N.T.S or Covert Tactics to see what we are up against.
The BNP, WNP/BPP/WFF and C18 all have people here. We do what we can to cancel their meetings and stuff, hard work if you don't want to get involved with the SWP and such. But we've exposed a few of them for what they really are on local forums - we like to give them room to speak so they can hang themselves rather than the No Platform stance - seems to work.
