Completely disappointed with this CD-Mix.
11 of the tracks are from "NEWS", and just one from M-plant.
No more words necessary.

Who cares what label the music came from? Did they fire you or kill some whales? The stuff on NEWS/Music Man is mostly either Hood or Steve Rachmand. Mion is an alias for Percy X and the Phase track is actually on Token.
While this may not be earth shattering for the Hood aficianado or those seeking only the newest of tracks, it's a good primer on Rob Hood for the Fabric set.

Hood´s stuff on Music Man are really interesting, Respect!!.
But I expected a special selection; Hood´s fetish tracks, unreleased M-Plants, not this "UK Gold – Agent Wood" for example.
This kind of tracks, not are Robert Hood for me.

Sverca,
Sorry if my earlier post came out a little frustrated.
I just look at it as another way for hood to re-introduce himself to the more general public. Hopefully a good reason for him to tour around, as well. I don't love every track on there, but I do enjoy alot of them. There is alot of his own stuff on there. I would imagine he's saving those unreleased tracks and fetish tracks for something down the line.
Checked out your site and I really like the Vladislav record you are putting out and your chart is pretty spot on with what I listen to. So cheers!

Why the long faces gentleman? I've seen Hood a number of times and this seems like a typical Hood selection. Tracks like New Energy are staples in a Hood set.
FYI, NEWS is just the publisher and not a label.

Glad to see he bought 'some' new records!

Robert Hood´s work always welcome.
David, glad you like the coming stuff on Semantica. Next will be an Andy Stott remix of Vladislav Delay "Recovery IDea".

"A set from fabric is the only way i want to go. This mix has to be about the club. Any project i do, i like to read like a book. I like it to tell a story, you know? Not to just be random songs or tracks. It should have a concept and be able to translate and read as such. And this mix is enhanced with added live elements; they're rhythm patters that will be exclusive to the CD"
